Pinoleville Pomo Nation is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Information Technology II professional to join our team and serve as a key on-site technology resource for employees across all tribal departments.
This is more than a traditional help desk position. As the Information Technology II, you will provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshoot workstation and Microsoft 365 issues, coordinate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), support technology projects, and help ensure employees have the tools and technology they need to do their jobs effectively.
The Information Technology IIposition will serve as the bridge between our employees, internal leadership, and external technology partners—turning technical problems into practical solutions while keeping users informed throughout the process. The Information Technology IIposition provides an opportunity to exercise independent judgment, build strong working relationships, and contribute to the continued improvement of the Nation's technology operations.
