Service Area:
This position will support Arby’s and Pizza Hut restaurants throughout the Fayetteville, Arkansas region. Candidates located in or around Fayetteville are preferred, as this provides a central location within the territory.

Position Description
The IT Field Service Technician is responsible for supporting the day-to-day technology needs of our restaurants throughout the Fayetteville region. This includes responding to service calls, completing preventive maintenance visits, troubleshooting equipment, and assisting with installation projects. This is a Level 1 Technician opportunity with room to grow into higher technician levels as skills and experience develop.
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the assigned region to service, repair, and maintain technology equipment within our restaurants.
- Complete service calls, preventive maintenance visits, and installation projects.
- Test computers, peripherals, hardware, and software to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer, hardware, software, cabling, and network-related issues.
- Serve as a technical resource to restaurant teams experiencing technology issues.
- Work independently while managing assigned service calls and priorities.
- Maintain a high level of quality, organization, and cleanliness while completing repairs.
- Lift up to 55 pounds as needed.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Be available for occasional evening, weekend, and holiday support when critical system issues or outages occur.
Desired Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General computer experience and technical knowledge preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or DOS.
- Basic cabling knowledge.
- Basic networking knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Reliable personal vehicle for travel throughout the assigned territory.
Vehicle Reimbursement
This position requires the use of a personal vehicle. Flynn Group participates in the Motus vehicle reimbursement program, which provides:
- A fixed monthly reimbursement payment based on factors such as insurance, vehicle depreciation, taxes, and licensing fees.
- A variable mileage reimbursement payment based on miles driven and local operating costs, including fuel, oil changes, and tires.
- Reimbursement payments are issued monthly.
Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions
- Prolonged sitting and driving may be required.
- Frequent travel between restaurant locations.
- Requires stooping, bending, standing, walking, and reaching.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 55 pounds.
- Requires close vision, depth perception, and distance vision.
- Ability to hear speech at normal levels and communicate clearly.
- Ability to follow and understand oral and written instructions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-location work environment.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors, restaurant teams, and coworkers.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Perform responsibilities independently without close supervision.
- Travel throughout the assigned Fayetteville-area territory as needed.

Pay:
Approximately $23–$24/hour + overtime, with flexibility for candidates with stronger skill sets and experience.
