Job summary

Axelon Services Corporation seeks a seasoned Salesforce Administrator/Developer to lead administration and development across Core Platform, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will implement Apex, LWC, VF Pages, and integrations, aligning with enterprise policies and business needs.

Remote-friendly with Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week. You will collaborate with PMs and teams on large projects, architect complex Service Cloud solutions, and drive data integration via Mulesoft, ODS, and APIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
• Deep understanding of current Salesforce architecture, processes, products, and best practices.
• Experience with administration and development on Core Platform, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), and various Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with architecting complex Service Cloud-based solutions involving integration between multiple systems.
• Project management experience working closely with project managers and team leads on large, complex projects.
• Experience with Mulesoft integrations and building out Operational Data Stores (ODS).
• Development experience with CSS, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, and other programming languages.
• Advanced skills in software design, modification, implementation, and deployment, including object-oriented programming concepts.
• Ability to create and document business requirements, use cases, and test cases.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate between end-users, business analysts, and technical/functional experts.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
