JOB SUMMARY

The Salesforce Developer will build solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform to enable Workplace Investing (WI) associates in the acquisition of new business and the daily support of clients. This role collaborates with business partners, architects, analysts, and engineers to provide recommendations into overall technical architecture, standards, practices, and the release process for Salesforce.com development. The role also involves collaboration and problem-solving within an agile team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform while considering reuse, speed to market, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, analysts, and engineers to design solutions.
• Provide recommendations into overall technical architecture, standards & practices, and release process for Salesforce.com development.
• Collaborate and provide solutions to problems and to team members.
• Publish clear and concise design documentation.
• Participate in and contribute to formal reviews of architecture, design, and code.
• Contribute as an agile team member and complete tasks outside of primary role as needed for team success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related subject area.
• 7+ years of development experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise building Salesforce.com solutions using low code (e.g. Flows) and pro code (Apex and Lightning Web Components) capabilities.
