We are seeking an IT Asset & Procurement Specialist to support the full lifecycle of company hardware and software assets. This role is responsible for provisioning laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software licenses for new hires, processing hardware requests, coordinating equipment returns for offboarding employees, and managing break/fix replacement requests. The specialist will maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow, perform inventory audits, track stock levels, and ensure data integrity throughout the asset lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include managing software license renewals, fulfilling software requests, coordinating with vendors, maintaining IT documentation, and delivering exceptional customer support while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in IT support, asset management, inventory control, or procurement. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, hardware/software lifecycle management, software licensing, and inventory tracking is preferred. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
