Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to oversee, architect, and implement the required security, information assurance, and integrity of the program, systems, and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Risk Management Framework, technical expertise in emerging technologies, and a strategic approach to security and IT management.

Clearance:

Active Top Secret

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect systems, networks, and sensitive data.
2. Enforce IT security policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulations.
3. Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management evaluations.
4. Oversee security and information assurance for over 700 users/devices.
5. Support IT Manager with the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
6. Assist with the performance and troubleshooting of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
7. Collaborate with teams and vendors to improve IT security, systems, applications, and software.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, Tier 5.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years of ISSM experience.
• IAM Level III Certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCISO).
