• Install, configure, test, and service software and systems.
• Monitor and maintain all systems, backups, and servers.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.

Overview

Information Systems Manager role at Creative Financial Staffing (CFS). Hybrid schedule; local to Fresno area; direct hire. Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

• Manage end users and support daily operations
• Support business systems and act as change agent when implementing new systems
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve hardware, software, and system issues
• Install, configure, test, and service a variety of computer software, hardware, and systems
• Monitor and maintain all systems, backups, and servers
• Manage MSP and other vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts
