The role serves as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, drives system reliability, supports issue resolution, and champions process improvements across IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related field acceptable.
• 3–6 years of IT systems administration, tech support, or operations experience.
• 1–2 years in a team lead, senior analyst, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports IT staff in daily operations, providing guidance, training, and subject matter expertise.
• Serves as a technical resource for troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring timely resolution of service requests and incidents.
• Coordinates small to medium-sized IT projects or tasks within larger initiatives, monitoring timelines and deliverables.
• Maintains a secure and highly available technical environment by supporting system updates, monitoring tools, and documentation.
• Collaborates with business users, vendors, and IT leadership to identify technology needs and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Participates in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Contributes to workflow optimization by identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Escalates critical issues and risks to management and supports root cause analysis and resolution activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
