Bestica Inc. seeks an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide cybersecurity services at Joint Base San Antonio–Fort Sam Houston, TX, supporting TSRL, Bioeffect Division, and AFRL enterprise with RMF compliance.

The role requires a BS in IT/Cybersecurity, 5+ years RMF experience, DoD 8140/8570.01-M training, a current Security+ certification, NDA, and on-site work. Secret Clearance is highly desirable; benefits include PTO, paid holidays, 401k match.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ISSM cybersecurity support for NIPRNet, DREN, RDTE, SIPRNet, and standalone enclaves/systems.
• Perform ISSM duties under DoD 8570.01-M / DoDI 8140; validate baselines for access; manage PAAs; audit privileged accounts.

Bestica is seeking Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide services at Joint Base San Antonio located in San Antonio, TX.Objective:To provide high level Cybersecurity and support services for the Tri-Service Research Laboratory (TSRL), Bioeffect Division (RHD) in support of the AFRL enterprise. The Cybersecurity support shall include all tasks necessary to develop, coordinate, and track compliance with TSRL enterprise cybersecurity architecture, strategy, plans, and supplemental policy for the entire distributed AFRL organization. The contractor shall meet all requirements per the basic contract and provide professionally and technically qualified individuals to perform all tasks in the following paragraphs to fulfill the requirements of this task order.Benefits and Details:10 Days PTO11 Paid HolidaysGreat Salary401k matchWork EnvironmentTitle: Information System Security Manager (ISSM)Location: Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TXShift: M-F 07:00-17:00Mandatory Qualifications:The contractor employee shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity demonstrated by a copy of the degree.The contractor employee shall have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience working Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements and providing cybersecurity services with no more than 3 consecutive years of lapse in cyberspace work.The contractor employee shall possess the required Information Technology or Cybersecurity education, training, or certifications IAW DoDM 8140.03 and current Government directives, regulations, and policies for the role, or labor category, it is fulfilling (reference DFARS 252.239-7001).The contractor employee shall possess a current, valid Security Plus Certification.The contractor employee shall possess Intermediate Level Cybersecurity Work Role experience.The contractor employee shall have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place based on the potential access to confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information.
