Bestica Inc. seeks an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support Joint Base San Antonio—Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. The role ensures RMF-based cybersecurity services for TSRL, Bioeffect Division, and AFRL enterprise.

The candidate will coordinate policies, risk management, and compliance across multiple networks and enclaves. The position requires an Associate degree in IT or Cybersecurity, a Security+ certification, and one year of RMF experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with RMF requirements and cybersecurity services.
• Current, valid Security+ certification.
• Knowledge of DoD 8140.03 and government directives, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide ISSO support for RMF across NIPRNet, DREN, RDTE, SIPRNet, and standalone enclaves/systems.
• Develop, coordinate, and track compliance with TSRL enterprise cybersecurity policies and architecture.
• Perform tasks listed in Section 3 of the task order.
• Maintain NDA with Government Program Manager prior to start of performance.

Bestica is seeking Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to provide services at Joint Base San Antonio located in San Antonio, TX.Objective:To provide high level Cybersecurity and support services for the Tri-Service Research Laboratory (TSRL), Bioeffect Division (RHD) in support of the AFRL enterprise. The Cybersecurity support shall include all tasks necessary to develop, coordinate, and track compliance with TSRL enterprise cybersecurity architecture, strategy, plans, and supplemental policy for the entire distributed AFRL organization.
