The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience with enterprise IT systems, cloud technologies, and change management processes.

Change Management Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end change management process for IT systems, from requirements gathering to deployment approval. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop, document, and validate technical solutions for Change Requests (CRs).
Review and evaluate system requirements, ensuring consistency, completeness, and alignment with system documentation standards. Lead Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), providing recommendations on technical feasibility, resource allocation, and implementation prioritization.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure change requests and solutions adhere to audit and cybersecurity policies. Support audit artifact requests, prepare documentation, and assist the Audit team in maintaining compliance. Verify that change requests are complete and accurate prior to submission for leadership approval.

Agile and Collaborative Engagement: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups, providing feedback on resource allocation and scheduling. Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), develop agendas, track action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Use tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms to track change requests and manage workflows.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify, document, and address risks, issues, and recommendations associated with system changes and implementations.
Develop and update missing artifacts to ensure high quality standards for change requests throughout the development lifecycle.
