Job summary

Countybank seeks an Information Security Administrator to join a growth-oriented team in a regulated financial setting. You will work under the Information Security Officer to support policy administration, risk assessments, audits, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing administration of Countybank's information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain documentation, inventories, and supporting evidence that demonstrate compliance with established practices and controls.
• Assist with the execution, documentation, and tracking of information security risk assessments, remediation items, and management responses, as well as audit and examination activities.
• Organise and maintain supporting documentation and evidence and track follow-up items through completion.
• Coordinate and support information security awareness and training activities with the Information Security Officer and Information Technology Operations Manager, including tracking completion and maintaining training records.
• Coordinate the testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of the Information Systems components of Countybank's Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program under the direction of the Information Security Officer.
• Work with Information Technology to support the administration and monitoring of technical and operational controls, including access controls, authentication, logging, and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate periodic user access reviews, document results, and track necessary remediation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to information security policies and procedures and escalates identified issues, exceptions, or potential violations to the Information Security Officer as appropriate.
• Support operational and metrics-based reporting to the Information Security Officer and Technology Committee as directed.
• Serve as an internal information security resource and provide subject matter support to managers and associates, as directed by the Information Security Officer, while developing an understanding of how information security requirements apply across different areas of the organization.
