Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our Information Technology team. Our global IT organization of 500 supports the enterprise that encompasses over 40,000 users across our businesses aligned in four pillars - Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.

The role provides technical leadership, architectural support, and direction for protecting information assets across global sites.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Information Security experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.

Responsibilities

• Manages implementation of processes and procedures to protect information systems assets from modification, disclosure, or destruction.
• Provides technical leadership and architectural support for information systems security across global sites.
• Owns and manages configuration and administration for specific security tools.
• Assists in fraud detection, documentation, and prevention, and provides investigative support as needed.
• Supports audits (PCI, SSAE16, internal and client audits) and tracks findings to resolution.
• Provides reports on data security effectiveness and recommends adoption of new procedures and tools.
