Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Information Security Consultant for a contract role with hybrid work options. You will lead risk assessments, advise on security best practices, and help mature the organization's security posture across regulatory compliance and strategic security planning.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, develop information security policies, and recommend technologies to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in information security consulting or a similar strategic role.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and risk management principles.
• Experience across network security, cloud security, and data privacy.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC preferred.
