About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Information Security Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards in East London . This role is responsible for assessing current security practices against compliance requirements, developing and implementing policies, and conducting internal audits. You will work closely with various departments to maintain a strong compliance posture and manage relationships with external auditors. The ideal candidate possesses a thorough understanding of information security frameworks, privacy laws, and risk management principles. This position is key to maintaining the trust and integrity of our client's data handling practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess compliance with information security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., POPIA, GDPR).
