What We Do
We support the Information Security awareness program, including protecting information systems from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, inspection, recording, or destruction. A key responsibility is managing Security Information & Event Monitoring (SIEM) tools.

What You'll Do

1. Identify business process requirements and develop related solutions.
2. Provide training and support to customers as needed.
3. Research problems, prepare presentations, drive solutions, test, and implement changes.
4. Create documentation of security requirements and functions.
5. Generate reports, analyze data, and present trends to management.
6. Manage small to medium projects or phases of larger projects.
7. Maintain high-quality task entries for capacity planning.
8. Conduct risk assessments and interview stakeholders to understand security and compliance needs.
9. Advise on risks related to new or evolving technologies.
10. Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate them into work practices.
11. Participate in evaluating and selecting new technology solutions.
12. Resolve security issues across platforms including email, file transfer, multimedia, and teleconferencing.
13. Perform duties outside normal hours as required.
14. Handle moderate scope problems, analyzing various factors to determine actions.
15. Exercise judgment within established procedures and practices.
16. Follow department processes, suggest improvements, and ensure sound judgment in work.
17. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within and between departments.

What You'll Bring

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in information security.
2. At least 2 years of experience with networking, intrusion detection, VPN, PKI, Checkpoint and PIX firewalls, CISCO, NAC, and encryption technologies.
3. CISSP, GIAC, CCNA, CCNP certifications preferred.
4. BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5. Hands-on knowledge of UNIX/AIX, Microsoft NT/2000, multi-layer firewall design, router access control, WANs, LANs, network protocols, and services.
6. Experience with SIEM tools, preferably Alert Logic.
7. Experience in developing security strategies and integrating security technologies.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $65,550 - $87,375 annually. Actual compensation will depend on various factors including experience, education, and location.
