Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Information Processing Coordinator to manage, process, verify, and maintain information across company systems and databases. This position supports daily administrative and information-management activities while ensuring records are accurate, complete, and properly organized. The role may be performed onsite or remotely depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Process, enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and internal systems.
- Review documents, forms, reports, and records for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify information and identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain and confirm required information.
- Maintain organized electronic records, files, and documentation.
- Process incoming forms, applications, requests, and other business documents.
- Track information-processing activities and ensure assignments are completed within established deadlines.
- Assist with document scanning, indexing, filing, and electronic records management.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries, and other administrative materials.
- Monitor data and records for duplicates, discrepancies, or outdated information.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company and customer information.
- Assist with improving information-processing procedures and workflow efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and established data-management standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in information processing, data entry, administration, records management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with databases and spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and standard business software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
