Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-orientedAdministrative Services Coordinatorto support daily administrative operations and help ensure efficient coordination across the organization.
The ideal candidate will assist with scheduling, documentation, data management, communications, record keeping, and general administrative activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Depending on business needs and candidate qualifications, this position may be availableonsite or offsite.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and administrative calendars as needed.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, forms, and reports.
- Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
- Monitor administrative requests and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with email correspondence, phone inquiries, and routine internal and external communications.
- Coordinate information between departments, team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials.
- Track assigned tasks, deadlines, requests, and follow-up items.
- Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, internal forms, and other administrative processes as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, client, employee, and business information.
- Identify administrative issues and communicate them to the appropriate manager or department.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and web-based systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to learn new software and company systems quickly.

- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Previous administrative, office coordination, customer service, or clerical experience is a plus, but not required.
