Job summary

Perkins Coie LLP in Madison, WI seeks an Information Governance Analyst to champion policies, standards, and best practices across the firm. You will partner with attorneys and business teams to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and operational requirements while managing both physical and electronic records lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional projects, analyze data to drive process improvements, and support information governance specialists.

Qualifications

Expertise in information governance, records management, and data lifecycle practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes and mitigate risk.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Implement policies, standards, and best practices for information governance.
Partner with attorneys and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage lifecycle of records including retention, transfers, holds, and disposition.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve information management and efficiency.
Analyze data and reporting to identify process improvements and risk mitigation.
Collaborate across the firm to support strategic initiatives.
Provide guidance to Information Governance Specialists and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement for compliance and data governance.
