Job summary

Peraton seeks an Information & Content Manager (ICM) to support DAMO-SOC and HQDA G3/5/7. Location: Taylor Building / Pentagon, Arlington, VA. You will be the primary SharePoint administrator, organize content, streamline workflows, and leverage Army enterprise tools to improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes security-clearance readiness, DoD/Army network familiarity, and the ability to build live dashboards using Army Vantage or Power BI to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS+16 years or Associates+14 years.
• Proactive self-starter with autonomous workflow development.
• Staff action experience with HQDA staff procedures.
• SharePoint design, management, and DoD/Army network familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SharePoint administrator for DAMO-SOC site collections and TEAMS environments.
• Structure and access control: build folder structures and manage permissions.
• Develop, version-control, and update SOPs; maintain distribution lists.
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose automated improvements.
• Leverage Army tools like Army Vantage or Power BI to build live dashboards for leadership.
