Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Information & Content Manager (ICM) to support the DAMO-SOC Division within HQDA G3/5/7. Location: Taylor Building / Pentagon in Washington, DC.

You will be the primary SharePoint/TEAMS administrator, organizing content, maintaining workflows, and building live dashboards with Army enterprise tools such as Army Vantage or Power BI to drive leadership decisions. Required qualifications include extensive DoD/Army content management experience and U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS+16 years or Associates+14 years.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to work autonomously and drive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hands-on administrator for all DAMO-SOC SharePoint site collections and TEAMS environments.
• Build and manage folder structures, permissions, and searchable content.
• Develop, version-control, and update SOPs; maintain distribution lists.
• Identify bottlenecks in G3/5/7 workflows and propose automation solutions.
• Leverage Army enterprise tools (e.g., Army Vantage, Power BI) to build live dashboards.
• Apply basic Army AI platform knowledge to modernize staff processes.
• Provide cross-division technical and process support as directed by the DAMO-SOC Division Chief.
• Assist with visitor control/escort duties and act as a security coordinator when needed.
