Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC. seeks a Data Management Tool Administrator to ensure reliable, secure operation of UMM tool infrastructure, manage access and configuration, and maintain dashboards and data flows across DoD services and CCMDs.

The role requires TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and on-site work at the DIA SCIF in Reston, VA, with strong customer-service orientation and advanced troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise data-management or BI platforms.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community security, access, and information-handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer UMM data-management tool infrastructure, user accounts, permissions, access controls, system configuration, and performance monitoring.
• Design and maintain role-based dashboards reflecting real-time operational requirements.
• Develop data models supporting seamless data flows among operational forces and enterprise systems.
• Manage multidirectional data flows between DIA DO, Services, CCMDs, and other authorized systems.
• Conduct system testing and validate data-ingestion, transformation, synchronization, and visualization processes.
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and coordinate enhancements with software engineers, ISSE personnel, and data stakeholders.
• Provide tier-two support to geographically dispersed CONUS and OCONUS users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Implement automated data-quality checks, performance monitoring, alerting, and corrective-action processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, gather user feedback, document results and configurations, maintain support materials, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain operational readiness, configuration control, availability, security compliance, and continuity of service.

Job description

The Data Management Tool Administrator serves as a subject matter expert responsible for reliable, secure, and responsive operation of UMM tool infrastructure. The position administers access and configuration, maintains operational dashboards, manages multidirectional data flows, validates ingestion processes, and provides advanced technical support to users across Services and Combatant Commands.

• Administer UMM data-management tool infrastructure, user accounts, permissions, access controls, system configuration, and performance monitoring.
• Design, configure, test, maintain, and update role-based dashboards reflecting real-time operational requirements.
• Develop and implement data models supporting seamless data flows among operational forces and enterprise systems.
• Manage multidirectional data flows between DIA DO, Services, CCMDs, and other authorized systems.
• Conduct system testing and validate data-ingestion, transformation, synchronization, and visualization processes.
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and coordinate enhancements with software engineers, ISSE personnel, and data stakeholders.

• Subject matter expertise administering enterprise data-management, business-intelligence, mission-management, or comparable technical platforms.
• Experience with user-account management, role-based access controls, permissions administration, system configuration, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of DoD network environments, including NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS, and familiarity with cross-domain solutions.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed users through ticketing systems, IT service-management processes, and remote-support methods, with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot systems, validate data ingestion, maintain dashboards, document configurations, and explain technical concepts.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community security, access, and information-handling requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Service or CCMD intelligence systems and CI/HUMINT operational data requirements.
• Familiarity with UMM or comparable data-management platforms, field IT support, or mobile training teams.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable visualization, collaboration, and ticketing tools.

Clearance and Work Requirements

• Active TS/SCI CI Poly and ability to work on-site at the DIA Government SCIF in Reston, Virginia during COR-established working hours.
• Ability to comply with applicable DIA, DoD, Intelligence Community, cybersecurity, records-management, classification, and information-handling requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a non-personal services environment in which contractor personnel remain accountable to contractor management.
