Job summary

Trillium Health Resources is seeking an Informatics Project Manager III to lead informatics initiatives, data analysis, and business analysis for large-scale technology projects using Agile delivery. The role coordinates project delivery, requirements, and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a PMP/ACP or equivalent certification, a Bachelor's-like credential combination (Associate's degree with 4+ years of project work),

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree and 4+ years of project-based work/PM experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Certification in PMI or related frameworks (PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, CCBA/CBAP, CSM/PSM) is accepted.
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reside in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex informatics data analysis, develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to inform decisions.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, develop business requirements, user stories, and process documentation for informatics initiatives.
• Plan and support delivery of informatics projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between business partners and technical teams to support project execution.

What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Informatics Project Manager III to join our team! The Informatics Project Manager III performs informatics project management, data analysis, and business analysis activities to support large-scale or complex technology initiatives and advanced Agile delivery processes. The role applies advanced knowledge of project management principles, reporting and analytics, and business process analysis to coordinate project delivery, develop business requirements, and support technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness and informed decision‑making.

On a typical day, you might:

• Lead complex data analysis and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Evaluate data quality, validates reporting accuracy, and resolve data discrepancies across multiple information sources.
• Lead requirements gathering and develop business requirements, user stories, and process documentation for informatics initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and independently support delivery of informatics projects and project activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between business partners and technical teams to support project execution and solution development.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience with project-based work structures, project lifecycle models and report development, product or project management, business analysis, Agile delivery, Information Technology, or business operations. Requires certification; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted for equivalent degree and experience requirements.
• Certification in Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PMI-ACP, ITIL, or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) CCBA or CBAP, Certified Scrum Master (CMS), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or an equivalent certification will be accepted.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within North Carolina.
