Qualifications

• 3+ years in application or database support, informatics, or related technical role
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Hands-on SSIS development, support and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting and deploying SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards
• Experience using Visual Studio for development and maintenance
• Experience with GitHub or similar source control tools
• Experience with enterprise scheduling tools and job failure troubleshooting
• Programming with VB.NET and C#
• Experience deploying database objects (stored procedures)
• Experience ETL data between production systems and vendor/internal databases
• Experience with secure file transfers (SFTP)
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, SSIS packages, scheduled jobs, and related data processes
• Deploy SSRS and Power BI reports following team standards and deployment practices
• Automate deployment of stored procedures to team databases
• Develop, maintain, and support SSIS packages to extract, load, and prepare data for external locations
• Support scheduled jobs and enterprise scheduling processes including issue resolution
• Update and maintain team-developed applications to support processes
• Gather requirements with technical and business teams and support solution delivery
• Support reliability of reporting, databases, and applications across the team environment
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and process consistency across activities
