Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce in Florida is seeking an experienced Infor M3 Integration Expert to design, develop, and support integrations between Infor M3 CloudSuite and internal/external applications.

You will implement secure API access, monitor integrations, and troubleshoot production issues across M3, ION, and API Gateway, working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3- Infor OS (ION) Integration Expert to serve as a technical integration specialist supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of Infor M3.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting integrations between Infor M3 CloudSuite and internal and external business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between Infor M3 and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Infor OS and ION.
• Configure ION Desk, including document flows, connection points, mappings, workflows, and monitoring.
• Develop and consume M3 APIs and MI transactions through Infor API Gateway.
• Design integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, BODs, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Determine the appropriate integration method, including M3 APIs, ION/BODs, Data Lake, or other supported Infor integration mechanisms.
• Design both real-time and asynchronous integrations.
• Integrate M3 with external systems including POS, EDI, WMS, transportation, financial, CRM, e-commerce, data warehouse, and analytics platforms.
• Implement secure API authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Develop integration monitoring, logging, exception handling, retry, and reconciliation processes.
• Troubleshoot production integration failures across M3, ION, API Gateway, and external applications.
• Support data conversion, migration, synchronization, and validation activities.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
• Work with functional SMEs to translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, architecture diagrams, dependencies, and operational support procedures.
• Establish development, testing, deployment, security, and production-support standards for M3 integrations.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to internal IT resources.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Infor M3, preferably including Infor M3 CloudSuite.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing production integrations using Infor OS / ION.
• Advanced experience with ION Desk, Document Flows, Connection Points, and mappings.
• Advanced experience with M3 APIs and MI transactions.
• Strong experience with Infor API Gateway.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting BOD-based integrations.
• Experience working with Infor Data Lake.Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web-service integration.
• Understanding of OAuth and API authentication/authorization.
• Strong knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integration architectures.
• Experience implementing integration monitoring, exception handling, retry, reconciliation, and alerting.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integrations across multiple systems.
• Experience participating in an Infor M3 implementation, migration, upgrade, or major transformation project.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within distribution, wholesale, food distribution, supply chain, warehouse, or high-volume order-processing environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience integrating M3 across business processes such as:
• Customer & Pricing - Order Management - Inventory - Purchasing - Receiving - Warehouse - Transportation/Delivery - Invoicing -Financials
• Experience with EDI, POS systems, WMS/TMS platforms, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and enterprise data platforms is also preferred.

Critical Experience Requirement

• This is not a general Infor M3 functional consultant or M3 support position.
• Candidates must demonstrate hands-on technical experience personally designing, developing, deploying, and troubleshooting production integrations using Infor OS/ION, M3 APIs/MI transactions, and API Gateway.
• Candidates whose experience is primarily functional configuration, project management, or M3 end-user support without hands-on integration development will not meet the technical requirements of this position.

Key Competencies

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong integration architecture, technical problem-solving, root-cause analysis, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
The candidate must also be capable of independently analyzing an integration requirement, selecting the appropriate Infor integration technology, developing the solution, testing it, deploying it, and supporting it in a production environment.

Physical Demands/ Work Environment

• This position works in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.
• Individual sits for long periods of time while operating a keyboard and communicating via telephone.
• May involve standing/walking as needed primarily on a level surface throughout the day.
• May include lifting things up to 15 pounds, on occasion.
