Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an experienced Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN) supply chain, warehouse, and procurement modules. You will serve as a subject matter expert for CSIE/ LN, collaborating with operations and procurement to optimize P2P and warehouse execution, while documenting configurations and guiding end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years direct ERP module ownership in Manufacturing.
• 3+ years ERP configuration experience (procurement, inventory, warehouse).
• Understanding of P2P, inventory control, multi-site material flows.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CSIE modules for Purchasing, Vendor Management, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Factory Track.
• Provide functional user support and troubleshooting for procurement, receiving, inventory, and shipping.
• Investigate inventory accuracy, material movements, and transaction flows for proper configuration.
• Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to optimize procure-to-pay and warehouse execution.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs; train end-users and SMEs in Supply Chain domains.
• Partner with ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements.
• Manage support cases with Infor for Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Factory Track incidents.
