United Employment Group seeks an ERP Coordinator to serve as the primary Infor ERP LN resource across a heavy manufacturing facility in Houston. The role requires hands-on LN expertise and a practical grasp of how manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, production, and accounting interact.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years LN experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication with shop floor staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct, hands-on Infor ERP LN experience required.
• Proven knowledge of multiple Infor ERP LN modules: production, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, finance, or project management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations: production orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, MRP, shop floor transactions.
• Proficiency in Infor ERP LN reporting and custom queries/reports.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate data discrepancies and implement corrections.
• Excellent communication skills with shop floor personnel, managers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Infor ERP LN Administration and system management across the facility.
• Manage user provisioning, roles, security, and system settings in coordination with IT.
• Monitor data integrity and resolve errors before impacting production or finance reporting.
• Support ERP upgrades, patches, and testing with training activities.
• Support production order management, BOMs, routings, and work centers in ERP LN.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure ERP data reflects actual processes and capacity.
• Assist planners with scheduling and MRP functions within ERP LN.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations.
