Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct, hands-on Infor ERP LN experience in manufacturing
• Experience with three Infor ERP LN functional modules is preferred
• Familiarity with ERP upgrades or implementations is a plus
• Experience with data integrity and reporting is required
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential

Responsabilités

• Serve as the facility's primary Infor ERP LN SME for questions, workflow issues and troubleshooting
• Maintain and administer Infor ERP LN configurations and security settings
• Monitor system performance and data integrity to prevent production or financial reporting issues
• Manage user provisioning and role assignments across departments
• Support ERP LN upgrades, patches, and testing with training activities
• Support production order management, BOMs, routings, and labor/material transactions
• Maintain item master data, shop floor configurations, and costing accuracy
• Oversee warehouse transactions, location management, and transfer orders
• Provide visibility reporting for open POs, backorders, and material shortages
• Develop reports using Infor ERP LN reporting tools for operations and finance
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to ERP LN usage
• Train users on ERP LN modules and document SOPs
• Participate in cross-functional improvement projects as ERP expert
• Document system configurations and integrations for continuity
