Job summary

Confidential in the United States seeks an experienced Infor LN Logistics Functional Consultant to support Infor LN implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing application support.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Infor LN Logistics, and a deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, enabling collaboration with business stakeholders to design and deliver effective ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on functional experience with Infor LN or Baan ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Infor LN Logistics modules (Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehousing).
• Understanding of manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with Infor LN implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or production support.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting and support for Infor LN Logistics modules (Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing).
• Gather and analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions using Infor LN functionality.
• Configure, implement, test, and optimize Infor LN logistics processes.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and test scenarios.
• Support integration between Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and other applications.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure delivery.
• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting and support for Infor LN Logistics modules, including Procurement, Sales, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Manufacturing.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend solutions using Infor LN functionality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor LN CloudSuite or LN Cloud Edition.
• Knowledge of Infor Factory Track, WMS, or other integrated applications.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of integration points between Infor LN Logistics and Finance.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and system optimization.
