Job summary

You will guide managers and staff, review project requests, timelines, and costs, and promote best practices in Infor business technology.

The role focuses on ensuring Infor applications meet business goals, evaluating new Infor solutions, and leading a capable team in Strategic and Operational operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Ensure Infor applications meet business requirements and goals; resolve issues.
• Acquisition & Deployment: Research and evaluate Infor products and enhancements; collaborate with analysts and testers.
• Operational Management: Lead Infor services team; develop training and end-user documentation; coordinate reviews.
