Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Manager IS Applications for a hybrid role. The position drives high customer and employee satisfaction while ensuring accurate execution of tasks across Providence facilities and affiliates.

The role requires 5 years of IS leadership, 8 years total relevant experience with ERP systems (Oracle/Infor Lawson), and strong skills in strategic planning, change management, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, information services, engineering or equivalent
• 5 years information services leadership experience
• 8 years total relevant experience including strategic planning, IS operations, process standardization, lifecycle management
• 8 years application design/implementation of large-scale ERP systems (Oracle/Infor Lawson)
• ERP experience leading IS teams in procurement, inventory, WMS, MDMD processes

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IS applications across Providence facilities
• Promote customer and employee satisfaction and accurate task execution in IS
• Partner with stakeholders to plan and execute IT strategic initiatives
• Oversee ERP deployment, support, and lifecycle management across regions
