Job summary

Decision Resources, Inc. seeks a Business Consultant - Manufacturing & Operations to provide consulting, training, and go-live support for Infor CloudSuite Industrial SyteLine and related solutions to DRI clients.

This role defines work requirements for new implementations and post-implementation projects, delivering value and continuity. Ideal candidates have CSI/SyteLine experience, full lifecycle implementation skills, and a manufacturing operations background.

Qualifications

CSI/SyteLine implementation experience required.
Full lifecycle implementation experience required.
Background in Manufacturing Operations Management.
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

Deliver project tasks with PM/Lead Consultant within client budget.
Analyze business requirements with clients.
Provide pre-go live consulting and go-live support.
Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
Provide end user training and business procedure documentation; training in both one-on-one and group classroom settings.
Build ongoing relationships with clients as trusted advisor.
Travel up to 75% to support projects.
Learn DRI and third-party products alongside Infor CloudSuite.
Complete any additional assignments as requested by management.
