Job summary

mhnetwork seeks a Business Systems Analyst I to help analyze, specify, and design automated systems, and to implement or modify systems while supporting issues and performance improvements. The role focuses on Infor CloudSuite ERP and related tools, creating reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.

You will liaise between customers and IT and assist with project management and testing. Preferred qualifications include a Health Information Systems degree or related field, or

Qualifications

• Healthcare IT education or related degree preferred or required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of work experience is acceptable.
• Multiple education/experience combinations listed in the job spec.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis, specifications, and design of automated systems.
• Assist in implementation of new systems or modifying existing ones.
• Investigate problems and provide application support.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Gather requirements and write functional specifications.
• Perform workflow analysis and liaise between customer and technical team.
• Provide project management support and develop test plans/scripts.
• Support data quality improvement and reduce workloads.
