Job summary

Horsburgh & Scott in Cleveland invites an experienced IT ERP Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technology, focusing on Infor Cloud Suite ERP implementations, process standardization, and data quality improvements.

You will map current and future workflows, develop SOPs, support data migration and user adoption, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver repeatable, scalable ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as a BA, ERP Analyst, or similar.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience documenting processes and developing process maps.
• ERP implementation participation required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and process requirements.
• Create process flow diagrams, SOPs, work instructions, and functional specs.
• Map current and future-state workflows and identify gaps.
• Partner with stakeholders and ERP vendors to translate requirements into system functionality.
• Support data migration, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Assist with training and user adoption activities.
• On-site work with multiple departments, including manufacturing.
