Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Assessment Integrator (SME) to support Combatant Command Operations in the Information Environment under the Apollo program. You will integrate planning, execution, and assessment to enable data-driven decision-making and ROI visibility across global theaters.

Responsibilities include leading assessment integration, aligning MOPs and MOEs with commander intent, and developing frameworks for continuous evaluation of information operations.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance or eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or related field, with 8+ years’ experience, or MS/MA with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Experience supporting CCMD or Joint Staff operations.
• Experience with JP 5-0 and MOP/MOE frameworks.
• Experience in OIE or PSYOP assessments.
• Experience building briefs in MS PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Assessment Integrator activities for CCMD OIE plans and operations.
• Synchronize assessment activities with campaign objectives and design.
• Develop campaign assessment frameworks for continuous evaluation of information operations.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce holistic assessments.
• Use enterprise systems to capture, manage, and visualize assessment data.
• Provide timely, decision-quality assessments to senior leadership.
