Amentum is seeking an Assessment Integrator (SME) to support Combatant Command Operations in the Information Environment under the Apollo program. The selected candidate will integrate planning, operational execution, and assessment processes to enable data‑driven decision‑making, campaign effectiveness evaluation, and return‑on‑investment visibility for information operations across global theaters.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility; US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics or related field, plus 8+ years experience; or MS/MA with 6+ years; or PhD with 3+ years.
• Experience supporting Combatant Command or Joint Staff operations.
• Experience with Joint Planning Process and MOP/MOE frameworks.
• Experience supporting OIE or PSYOP assessments.
• Experience applying data analytics to information environment problems.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Experience with BI tools Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with cloud-based data integration.
• Experience building briefs in MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Assessment Integration for CCMD OIE plans and operations; align with campaign objectives.
• Integrate assessment into JP 5-0; align MOPs and MOEs with commander intent.
• Develop campaign assessment frameworks for continuous evaluation of information operations.
• Synchronize data from multiple sources to produce integrated assessments.
• Use enterprise systems (C2IE, Maven) to capture and visualize data across cycles.
• Provide timely, decision-quality assessments and briefings to senior leadership.
• Support ROI analysis through assessment outputs.
