Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an Information Governance/Mat­ter Mobility Analyst in Washington, DC, with 2+ years of IG/records experience. This direct hire role is onsite four days a week and comes with benefits. You will support the information governance team and manage matter mobility processes.

Responsibilities include implementing firm policies, coordinating information flows, and training teams. Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years' information governance/records experience.
• Law firm experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information securely.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Smartsheet.
• Experience in iManage and iCompli is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement firm policy and procedure for matter mobility.
• Maintain knowledge of IG tech systems.
• Serve as initial contact for lateral attorney arrivals.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and other firms' IG departments.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound information and track actions.
• Provide training to IM Specialists and legal teams.
• Troubleshoot information management technologies and report solutions.
• Perform database searches and audits.
• Support information clean-up projects.
• Handle special projects as directed.
