Qualifications

• 2+ years’ related experience in information governance/records administration.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Smartsheet.
• Experience with information governance/matters mobility processes favored.

Responsibilities

• Implement firm policy and procedures regarding the matter mobility process.
• Maintain knowledge of IG technology systems and their functionality.
• Serve as initial contact for lateral attorney arrivals and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound information and memorialize actions in the tracking tool and DMS.
• Train IM Specialists and legal case teams on best practices for matter mobility.
• Troubleshoot issues with information management technologies and report solutions.
• Perform database searches and audits; assist with information clean-up projects.
