Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking an Instructional Paraeducator to support students with behavioral needs in San Gabriel USD for the 24-25 school year. In-person roles involve 1:1 or general classroom support across Monrovia, Duarte, Temple City, Alhambra, and San Gabriel.

Responsibilities include aiding students in staying on task, collaborating with teachers, and delivering behavioral and educational support throughout the day. A 8-hour day, Monday to Friday, with a 21.00 $/hour pay, is typical.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 48 semester units completed.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or general classroom support with students.
• Maintain calm, clear, concise communication with children and adults.
• Help students stay on task and work toward behavioral goals.
• Assist with lifting up to 40 pounds and potential toileting support.
