Job summary

K18 Hair is seeking an Influencer Relations Coordinator to join the Consumer Engagement team. You will support creator outreach, gifting, and campaign logistics, while maintaining influencer databases and tracking performance.

You will work across teams to align programs with brand objectives, foster relationships with influencers, stylists, agents, and management, and help scale our creator ecosystem globally.

Qualifications

• 1–3 yrs experience in influencer relations, social, PR or a similar role
• Interest and passion for influencers and social media community
• Comfortable with G-Suite
• Experience in beauty and growing a digital community is a plus
• Willingness to travel for offsite events

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet global creators, stylists, and UGC talent aligned with brand objectives
• Assist in execution of influencer marketing programs reflecting industry trends
• Coordinate partnership agreements with talent, agents, legal, and stakeholders for timely contracts
• Track, measure, and report influencer campaign performance with insights and recommendations
• Support campaign timelines, seeding, deliverables, and creator communications for successful execution
• Maintain CreatorIQ and internal databases with accurate records and performance data
• Monitor trends to identify creator partnership opportunities and assist with briefs, contracts, timelines and payments
• Collaborate with influencer team to execute global gifting and relationship-building programs
• Handle admin for influencer team including POs, invoices, vendor setup, and payments
• Support retailer/channel marketing by coordinating influencer participation in campaigns and activations
• Partner with Marketing/PR/Social/ Creative/Retail/Education to integrate influencer programs into brand moments
