Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Client Success & Campaign Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns for global partners. This fully remote role focuses on post-sale campaign ownership, onboarding, planning, execution, reporting, and client satisfaction across time zones.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project management and client-facing roles, with strong English communication and experience handling high-volume campaigns and large budgets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project/campaign management or client success.
• Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns from planning through reporting.
• Strong client-facing communication and multitasking across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client relationships after new campaigns are closed.
• Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinate with creators, sales, talent managers and internal teams.
• Monitor budgets and deliverables; ensure timely, within-budget results.
• Provide proactive guidance and regular performance updates to clients.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines; manage risks.
