Job summary

K18 Hair is seeking an Influencer Relations Coordinator to join the Consumer Engagement team. You will help grow and engage the influencer and stylist community through coordination, communication, and relationship building.

Reporting to the Manager, Influencer Relations, you will support creator outreach, gifting, campaign logistics, reporting, and community engagement while maintaining creator databases and tracking program performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer relations, social, community or PR.
• Interest and passion for influencers and social media communities.
• Comfortable using G-Suite.
• Excellent organization, communication and writing skills.
• Experience in beauty and growing a digital community.
• Ability to work remotely and travel for offsite events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet global creators, stylists, and UGC talent aligned with brand objectives and launches.
• Assist in executing influencer marketing programs.
• Coordinate partnership agreements with talent, agents, legal, and stakeholders for timely contracts.
• Track, measure and report on influencer campaigns with insights and recommendations.
• Support timelines, seeding, deliverables, and creator communications for successful programs.
• Maintain CreatorIQ and internal creator databases for accuracy and performance.
• Monitor trends to identify creator partnerships and assist with briefs, contracts, timelines, and payments.
• Collaborate to execute global gifting programs and foster brand loyalty.
• Handle administrative functions: POs, invoices, vendor setup, payments.
• Support retailer and channel marketing via influencer co-branded campaigns and events.
• Partner cross-functionally to integrate influencer programs into brand moments.
