Job summary

DNAM Brands is seeking an Influencer Relations Associate to join our Beverly Hills team on-site. You will drive influencer seeding, gifting, and affiliate partnerships across iconic brands, acting as the face of the company to creators and agencies.

You will curate creator rosters, pitch compelling brand stories, manage campaigns via native platforms like TikTok Shop, and coordinate with internal marketing and e‑commerce teams to maximize conversions and brand exposure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of influencer marketing, social commerce, or digital public relations experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, or e‑commerce.
• Ability to pitch brand stories to creators and agents with personalized outreach.
• Strong communication skills and organized campaign management across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end influencer seeding and gifting campaigns for micro, macro, and celebrity creators to secure UGC.
• Recruit and manage creators via TikTok Shop affiliate programs to boost sales and product visibility.
• Source and maintain a roster of creators and stylists aligned with brand identities.
• Track campaign performance using e-commerce metrics and optimize ROI.
• Oversee gifting inventory, shipments, and premium unboxing experiences.
• Collaborate with social, paid media, and e-commerce teams to integrate influencer content into marketing funnels.
