Job summary

DNAM Brands is seeking a full-time UGC/Affiliate Manager to grow and oversee our creator-driven partnerships across iconic brands like Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, briefs, and performance reporting to drive revenue and brand alignment.

Based in Beverly Hills, CA, you will collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to optimize content, campaigns, and ROI across TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in UGC, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator ecosystems.
• Experience managing affiliate platforms and performance tracking.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale the UGC and affiliate programs across social and e-commerce platforms
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture creators, affiliates, and brand partners
• Develop briefs, track deliverables, and ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals
• Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs and ROI
• Collaborate with creative, social, and paid teams to repurpose high-performing content
