Fashion Nova in Beverly Hills is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead a team of Talent Partnerships Agents responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing paid micro- to mid-tier influencer relationships across brand divisions.

You will own end-to-end influencer operations, driving creator acquisition and performance through data, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration, while delivering insights to inform executive decisions and campaign direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent/content ecosystem or influencer agencies.
• Natural leader with successful management experience.
• Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving ability.
• Outstanding negotiation and contract execution.
• Proficient in Excel and data tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with high-budget influencer campaigns.
• Attention to detail and metrics-driven reporting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Creative in influencer marketing strategies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Partnerships Agents for sourcing, onboarding, and managing paid micro- to mid-tier influencer relationships.
• Align influencer strategies with division objectives and campaigns with senior stakeholders.
• Drive growth of influencer database and monitor KPIs for agents.
• Oversee contracts, approvals, budgeting, and reporting for influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with Buying, Brand Partnerships, Creative, and Social Media teams on launches and content direction.
• Own reporting and analytics for performance and trends.
