Job summary

1000heads is seeking a Senior Relationship Executive to support influencer relationships across brands, alongside the Senior Relationship Manager. You will help secure partnerships that drive brand awareness, social engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities include researching creators, vetting voices, updating trackers, managing communications, drafting briefs, coordinating travel, contracts, invoices, and campaign reporting. This is a hybrid role based in New York.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years account handling or influencer management experience.
• Agency and equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the influencer landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Social platform proficiency.
• Results-focused with a tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organization.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management.
• Understanding of complex information with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels with tact and discretion.
• Passionate, energetic and confident.
• Team player: flexible and challenging.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Research, source, and vet creators against campaign briefs to identify influential voices fitting the brand.
• Vet voices against brand safety guidelines and engagement metrics.
• Update internal trackers and databases for accuracy.
• Assist with building client relationships and meet or exceed expectations.
• Assist with influencer relationships and fostering two-way communication.
• Ensure timely responses and ongoing relationship maintenance with influencers.
• Create creator briefs to clarify campaign objectives.
• Coordinate influencer travel logistics.
• Draft influencer contracts, manage invoices, track budgets, and support campaign recap and reporting.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects with adaptability.
