Fashion Nova in Beverly Hills is seeking a high-energy College Ambassador Brand Marketing Manager to scale our nationwide Campus Ambassador and Creator initiatives. You will lead the strategic vision, recruitment, execution, and expansion of programs that engage Gen Z across campuses and creator communities.

The ideal candidate has a track record of growing youth programs, building brand loyalty, and turning ambassadors into digital advocates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Brand Marketing or related field
• Experience with Gen Z college ambassador programs or micro‑influencer networks
• Strong understanding of Gen Z consumer behavior, viral trends, and digital media
• Ability to manage hundreds of ambassadors, tight timelines, and multiple campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with ability to present actionable insights to leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide College Ambassador Campus Strategy and recruitment
• Develop campus-specific playbooks and manage ambassador networks
• Coordinate with Influencer Marketing, Social Media, PR, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams
• Monitor KPIs, ROI, and optimization strategies for campaigns
• Oversee events, activations, gifting, and campus partnerships
