Job summary

Mammoth Brands is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to shape how Lume and Mando show up through creators. You will select partners, steer collaborations, and translate creator love into measurable brand impact.

You’ll work with a team that values strong relationships, culture, and performance-driven thinking. Based in New York, you will balance creative instincts with strategy, partner across Brand, PR, Growth, Social and Retail teams, and help drive campaigns that resonate with audiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in influencer marketing with high-impact collaborations.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
• Consumer-centric and trend-driven—ability to uncover new creators and translate into branded content.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional partners.
• Culturally attuned to social media and pop culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop Lume’s influencer strategy for paid and organic seeding aligned with brand priorities, product launches, and business objectives.
• Oversee development and execution of influencer marketing strategy with Brand and Growth teams.
• Develop creator briefs grounded in platform trends and audience insights to ensure authentic storytelling.
• Manage full creator content execution from outreach to contracts, content review, payments, and post-campaign recaps.
• Cultivate lasting partnerships with creators, talent managers, and agencies to secure better rates and repeat collaborations.
• Track campaign performance and deliver results to stakeholders.
• Maintain creator databases, campaign docs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate creator activity into broader campaigns.
