This role requires a strong understanding of internet culture, relationship-building, and a balance of creative intuition with performance-driven thinking to drive paid and organic creator programs across campaigns.

• Experience in influencer marketing with high-impact collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Develop Lume’s influencer strategy for paid and organic seeding aligned with brand priorities, product launches, and business objectives.
• Oversee the development and execution of the influencer marketing strategy in partnership of Brand and Growth teams.
• Develop creator briefs grounded in platform trends and audience insights.
• Manage the full creator content execution from outreach to payments and post-campaign recap.
• Cultivate lasting partnerships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
• Track campaign performance and deliver results to key stakeholders.
• Maintain creator databases, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Partner with cross functional teams to support on-going marketing campaigns.
