Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to shape how Lume and Mando collaborate with creators. You will define how we partner, balance creative instincts with performance, and drive authentic creator love into measurable brand impact.

You will manage outreach, briefs, contracts, payments, and post-campaign reviews, building strong relationships with talent managers and agencies to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in influencer marketing with high-impact collaborations.
• Strong relationship-building with creators, managers, and agencies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Lume’s influencer strategy for paid and organic seeding aligned with brand priorities and launches.
• Oversee the development and execution of influencer marketing in partnership with Brand and Growth teams.
• Create creator briefs grounded in platform trends and audience insights.
• Manage full creator content execution from outreach to payments and post-campaign recap.
• Cultivate lasting partnerships with creators, talent managers, and agencies to secure better rates and repeat collaborations.
• Track campaign performance and deliver results to key stakeholders.
• Maintain creator databases, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate creator activity into broader plans.
